Should I choose a stretch or muslin swaddle?
  • Stretch swaddles are 100 × 100cm in soft cotton jersey. The stretch gives you a snug, firm swaddle, and each set comes with a matching beanie.
  • Muslin swaddles are a larger 120 × 120cm in a lightweight bamboo and organic cotton blend. They're breathable and great for warmer weather.

Plenty of mums use both. Sizes can vary slightly as they're handmade.

Is a swaddle the same as a wrap?

Yes. A swaddle, a wrap, a receiving blanket... all the same thing!

Our swaddles are suitable from preemie for swaddling, and they're versatile enough to use well into the toddler years as a pram cover, feeding cover, light blanket or play mat.

Why swaddle a newborn?

Swaddling recreates the snug, secure feeling of the womb. It can calm the startle reflex that wakes babies, helping bub settle and sleep for longer.

Always place baby on their back to sleep and follow safe sleep guidelines, like those from Red Nose Australia.

What size is the muslin swaddle?

Each swaddle is 120 × 120cm, big enough to swaddle securely and versatile enough to keep using as your baby grows.

What is the stretch swaddle made from?

Soft, supple cotton jersey: 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Made from quality, durable fabric for everyday use.

What is the muslin swaddle made from?

Our muslin swaddles are a blend of 70% bamboo and 30% GOTS certified organic cotton for softness, breathability and durability. They're also OEKO-TEX certified, so there are no harmful nasties.

Are bamboo muslin swaddles better than cotton?

Bamboo is extra soft, breathable and moisture-wicking. Blended with organic cotton, you get that softness plus the durability to handle wash after wash, so it keeps your baby comfortable all year round.

When should I stop swaddling my baby?

Most families stop swaddling once baby shows signs of rolling. Always follow safe sleep guidelines, like those from Red Nose Australia.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We pack and send orders from Brisbane every business day, and most leave us within 2 business days (allow up to 3 during busy sale periods). Orders placed after 10am Friday are sent the following Monday.

What is your returns policy?
