Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, our team will do their very best to make the changes you’ve requested.

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make further adjustments, but don’t worry! You can simply wait until your parcel arrives, then email us at hello@smittenbubco.com to arrange a return.

Please explain the Free Gift With Purchase I see in the cart at checkout.

From time to time, we offer a ‘Free Gift with Purchase’ promotion. This special offer can be combined with other discounts, as it’s automatically applied once your order reaches the required value.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

We most certainly do! We package in a beautiful matte gift box with white tissue paper. Check out our Gift Wrapping page for more information.

We ship world wide from Australia.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we ship worldwide. 

Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. It varies from country to country.

Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Require your order urgently, please opt for our 'Skip the Queue' shipping method when checking out.

Purchases containing pre-ordered items will be held and shipped in full once the last item is available.

Allow 6-20 business days once dispatched. Refer to Australia Post's International delivery times and destination guide. Note that this is a guide only and that Smitten Bub Co. will not be held responsible for any delays.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be subject to duty taxes and other import charges. Please be aware of any potential fees that may apply to receive your goods. Smitten Bub Co. are not responsible for these additional charges. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements. Should an order be refused and it is returned to Smitten Bub Co. in a condition that the items can be returned to stock. A refund will be provided less all shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We pack and ship orders each business day, with most orders being dispatched the within 2 business days from the date of order. Do however allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. Opt for one of our express services for a quick dispatch and reliable delivery should you require your order urgently.

Dispatch delays may occur during sale periods and product launches due to high order volumes.

Orders placed after 10am Friday will be sent the following Monday.

Dispatch of orders will not occur on a designated Public Holiday in Queensland, Australia.

Orders addressed to a PO Box can ONLY be sent via Australia Post. 

A tracking number will be available once your order is out for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, Smitten Bub Co. accepts no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we do not have control over. We will however assist you as much as we can should an issue occur.

All orders will be delivered and marked with an Authority to Leave unless advised otherwise at checkout. Should you require your parcel to be delivered with a signature authority please email us directly at info@smittenbubco.com with your Full Name, Order Number & Shipping Address.
 
Smitten Bub Co. is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.

Shipping Protection

Eco-Friendly Satchels

We aim to do our bit for the environment. Where possible we use satchels that are either 100% biodegradable and compostable or made from 80% recycled material.

Shipping Policy

Lost Packages

Why do I need shipping protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional service that covers your order against unexpected issues during transit, like damage, loss, or theft. If you choose to add this protection, it gives you peace of mind knowing that, should something happen to your package en route to your address, Smitten Bub Co. will replace or refund your items at no additional cost.

Shipping protection does not cover loss or damage casued to the parcel by the reciever (including pets) or theft of a package after delivery has occured to the designated address.

By deselecting shipping protection, you agree that Smitten Bub Co. is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

My package is missing but I have shipping protection. What should I do?

If your parcel is missing in transit or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us as soon as possible. There’s a 15-day window for us to review and approve claims, so the sooner we hear from you, the better.

We’ll work with you to refund or re-ship your order and get those goodies safely to you.

To lodge a claim, simply email us at hello@smittenbubco.com with your order number, email address and evidence of the issue.

Please note — if you’ve chosen to opt out of package insurance, you’re accepting full responsibility for your parcel should it be lost or mishandled in transit.

I opted out of shipping protection and my parcel is missing! What should I do?

If you chose to opt out of shipping protection insurance, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to file a claim for a missing or lost order.

Before filing your claim, please take a moment to thoroughly check around your home — including your front and back doors, porch, garage area, mailbox (sometimes parcels can get tucked out of sight!), and even nearby bushes. It’s also a good idea to ask your neighbors, building manager, or mailroom/front desk in case they accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Also, double check the shipping address you entered when placing your order, just to make sure it isn’t an old address, a work address, or a PO Box that might be causing a delivery mix up.

If your parcel still hasn’t shown up within 24 hours of being marked “delivered,” we recommend moving forward with a claim. Once the claim has been submitted, please allow the courier up to 72 hours to investigate.

If your package hasn’t been located within 3–4 business days, feel free to reach out to us at hello@smittenbubco.com with your claim information and we’ll do what we can to support you through the process.

Please note that Smitten Bub Co. will not be responsible for replacing or refund orders that have been mishandled by the courier when insurance was not selected. However, we’ll happily assist with guidance and communication until your package is either found or a claim payout has been issued. Once a claim is approved and paid, we can replace your item or issue a refund to the pay-out amount to your original payment method.

When placing an order with Smitten Bub Co., please keep these conditions in mind as these are firm policies. We appreciate your understanding as they help us keep things running smoothly and ensure we can continue offering the best service possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns and refund policy?

At Smitten Bub Co. we want to make sure you are entirely happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact our friendly team at hello@smittenbubco.com with your order number, email address and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return a sale item?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Pre-order Items

Will my pre-order ship seperately?

All stock items placed with pre order items will be dispacthed as a single delivery. If an in stock item is required sooner than the pre order may arrive, then please order seperatley.

Swaddles

What material are your swaddles made from?

We sell a range of different swaddle materials. Currently we have:  

Stretch swaddles that are made from Cotton Lycra -  95% Cotton 5% Spandex 

Muslin swaddles that are made from Bamboo Cotton - 70% Bamboo, 30% Organic Cotton 

Why Bamboo?

What is the difference between a swaddle and a wrap?

A swaddle, a wrap, a receiving blanket.... all the same thing!

All of our wraps and swaddles are suitable from preemie to 6 months for swaddling, and versatile enough to use well into toddler years as a pram cover, nursing wrap, lightweight blanket, comforter, burping cloth, or play mat. Easy-care and machine washable.

Sizing

What size swaddle do I need?

The sizing is completely up to you. Our baby swaddles range from 100cm x 100cm to 120cm x 120cm. 

The smaller wraps are great for the newborn and early stages. Our 100cm x 100cm Cotton Lycra swaddles do have a stretch in the fabric which is why they are produced at the smaller sizing, this allows for a nice and firm swaddle. 

Our Muslin and Bamboo Cotton baby swaddles are our lighter fabrics and come in the larger 120 x 120cm sizing.   

Remember - once you are done with swaddling your baby you can use them a multitude of ways. Pram covers, blanket, comforter, play blanket, nursing cover up & more. 

Note: The sizing of the wraps may vary a little as they are handmade.
