Express Shipping available - $16.95 per order.

Flat Rate shipping to New Zealand $11.95

Pricing within Australia

We offer shipping to our customers at a flat rate of $7.95 AUD per order.

Express Delivery is available on any order for $16.95.

All of our orders are shipped using a Courier Service or Australia Post.

Depending on where you are based in Australia, please allow 3-10 business days for your package to arrive. Our stock is shipped from Brisbane, QLD.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Pre-orders
Purchases containing pre-ordered items will be held and shipped in full once the last item is available.

Worldwide Shipping

Smitten Bub Co. offers shipping worldwide on orders up to 1kg (this is approximately 2 swaddles set, swaddle set + accessories). At this stage we will not be shipping items classified as "bulky" - ie. Cot Arms. If you are unsure about the weights please email us directly and we can advise the cost of shipping. All orders are sent by the Standard International Shipping offered by Australia Post. If you would like this sent by Express Post please reach out to our team via email and we will discuss this with you.

Smitten Bub Co. are not responsible for these additional charges. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to pack and ship orders each business day.
We aim to ship your order the next business day, if not earlier. In some cases, due to demand, this may exclude Mondays.
A tracking number will be available once your order is out for delivery.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the last item is available.

Once your order has been shipped, Smitten Bub Co. can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we do not have control over.

All orders will be delivered and marked with an Authority to Leave unless advised otherwise at checkout. If you want your parcel to be delivered with a signature authority please email us directly at info@smittenbubco.com with your Full Name, Order Number & Shipping Address.

Smitten Bub Co. is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.
