Here's how shipping works within Australia:

• Standard: FREE on orders over $120, or a flat $11.95 under that. Delivered in 1 to 5 business days.
• Australia Post Express: $16.95. Delivered in 1 to 3 business days.
• Skip the Queue Express: $20.95. Guaranteed next business day dispatch, then delivered in 1 to 4 business days depending on where you are.

We pack and send orders from Brisbane every business day, and most leave us within 2 business days (allow up to 3 during busy sale periods). Orders placed after 10am Friday are sent the following Monday.

Need it urgently? Choose Skip the Queue at checkout and your order is sent the next business day. You'll get tracking details by email as soon as it's on its way.

You have 30 days from shipping to request a return or exchange. Full-price items can be refunded within 14 days of shipping, and after that we offer store credit. Sale items, bundles and orders that used a discount code can be exchanged or swapped for store credit.
